What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is one of the fastest growing natural therapies in the world and is now practiced in over 104 countries.

It is derived from Greek word “kinesis”, which means “motion”. It encompasses a system of gentle, non-invasive muscle testing and feedback mechanisms based on the flow or motion of energy (“chi”) within the body. It identifies and clears any blocks in this flow of energy within the body, leading to better health and emotional wellbeing.

The essential tool that Kinesiology relies upon is muscle monitoring - a feedback system that gives instant access to the subconscious. The normally inaccessible neural substrate holds all our memories and other information relating to our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. A muscle test can therefore indicate where stress is having a negative effect in the body.

Kinesiology can successfully assist with allergies, mental health issues, postural problems, learning and performance difficulties and relationship issues. Overall benefits include increased energy, reduction of stress, release of emotional blocks, improved mental performance, and assistance with pain relief.
